| Madison County Fair Grounds is a 57 acre tract featuring an exhibit hall, indoor arena, concession stands, and two outdoor arenas. If you are interested in setting up a booth at the Madison County Fair, you must send the completed "Vendor Application" into us for approval. When one of the sites below is reserved, excluding the Entire Grounds, a $250.00 cleanup deposit is required up front. *If the facility is clean and in the same condition at the end of the rental period, the $250.00 will be refunded. The rent is still due at the daily rate. For example: If you want to rent the Outside Arena, which rents for $500.00, for 5 days. Then you would need to allocate funds for $3000.00. ($500.00 x 5 days) + $250.00 deposit + $250.00 in setup fees. If the area is left clean at the end of the rental period, in this case the fifth day, then you will be refunded $250.00. Charitable & Educational Events should contact the Madison County Fair Board for rates. Entire Grounds: $1,000.00 per day. Reduced rate for 3+ days.
10,000 sq. ft. of heated and air conditioned space. Men's and women's restrooms inside. Suitable for concerts, auctions, banquets, demonstrations, private parties, ect.
Show Arena 52,000 sq. ft. building with a dirt floor. Suitable for horse events of all kinds, auctions, concerts, appropriate motor sports, trade shows, ect. Seating capacity with moveable bleachers is approximately 1,200 people.
Outdoor Arena 150' x 350' dirt track with lighting. Approximately 800 permanent bleachers are located along the west side of the arena but we have the ability to move in approximately 1,000 additional seats should your event need them.
Mud Track 60' x 250' dirt track with lighting. No permanent seating. We can move in approximately 1,000 bleacher seats should your event need them.
Farm Bureau Shelter. A pavilion type building with a roof but no sides.
Concession Stands may be rented at the will of Madison County Fair Board.
